You can leave your pet at a stable, which are found outside of the Inn and near Hunter trainers, and go tame another beast. You can have up to two pets in your stable and one at your side and change pets to fit your situations, think about it, a PvP-pet, Tank-pet, Damage-pet etc. Pets recently obtained their very own talent tree which gives them even more power! Here are some World of Warcraft Tips to do better with them.

Hunter isn’t only about pets. Hunters can, and will, do more damage than their pets. Hunters fires shots and stings from long range. They also have great slowing abilities to keep enemies away from them, skills like traps, and slowing shots. Hunters are a versatile damage dealer that moves around a lot. Moving around is not often needed in PvE and while leveling, because you should have a tanking pet or something similar to take in the hits for you, ‘kiting’, or running while shooting is sometimes needed if the enemies get past your pet and is after you. But fear not, no class is better at kiting then the Hunters.

A great World of Warcraft tip for Hunters is to get Feign Death. This will save Hunters a lot of times where they’re going to be killed, thus saving you a lot of gold in the long run. You’ll be grateful as the Hunters have to buy things other classes don’t have to, like ammunition for their weapons, and food for their pet.

Hunters can only be played by Night Elves, Dwarves and Draenei of the Alliance and Taurens, Orcs and Trolls of the Horde. Their 3 tree talent trees are called Beast Mastery, Marksmanship, and Survival. Getting a combination of these talent trees is usually best because in each talent tree some nice talent can be found. For the Beast Mastery talent tree you can find Improved Aspect of the Hawk, in the Marksmanship tree you can get Lethal Shots, and in the Survival tree you can get Hawk Eye. All three of these are great talents.

From here you have to choose whether you want to follow one tree or try to make a hybrid build. There’s no way you can go wrong. Putting talents into the Beast Mastery tree will increase the power of a Hunters pet mainly, but it also include some nice features that will strengthen the Hunter. The Marksmanships tree gives the Hunter’s shots and stings more power and also provides him with some new shots. Same goes for the Survival build, and as the name suggests this tree focuses on the survival capabilities off the Hunter. This makes the survival tree perfect for PvP.
